Children

The number of children killed in cars has fallen very considerably in recent years. Nevertheless, most of the children killed on the roads are passengers in cars rather than cyclists or pedestrians. The safety of children in cars thus has a very high priority. The UDV (German Insurers Accident Research) has been focusing on this issue for decades now.

The UDV aims to identify safety threats and minimize and eliminate them. This is done by continually monitoring the market, the behavior of parents and the situation with regard to accidents. The findings and resulting measures serve to optimize today’s protective systems and enlighten users in a targeted way.
